The OPCARE9 project was conducted over a 3-year work programme, March 2008 - March 2011 and in order to achieve its stated objectives, both considered management principles and an appropriate organisational structure were applied.
The PMT supported the Project Steering Group (PSG), ensuring that the project aims and objectives were appropriately monitored and met, and was responsible for all matters relating to project management, including technical, personnel, financial, budgetary control and task scheduling matters.
